Hoodys have become a very popular fashion trend. Basically, a hooded sweatshirt with a pocked on the front. Some zip up in the front. You can find hoodys ranging from plain in color, to extremely detailed patterns. Within about the last year or two hoodys have become extremely popular in the younger generation, but still worn just about by all. You can see hoodys being worn in music videos and all over T.V. Truly becoming a preferred style by many. Traditional hoodys, or hooded sweatshirts are used widely in sports of all types. Normally having team names and logos somewhere showing team pride.
Zip up hoodys over the past few years have just gotten more and more popular. Once just a kind of skater style, now have become widely accepted in pretty much all genres or fashion preferences. The’re fun, stylish, easy to throw on and can be worn in just about all seasons. Working very nice in winter to protect against the cold.
Hoodys have been around for awhile. Really becoming part of the fashion scene somewhere around the 70′s. As hip hop got sparked in New York hoodys started getting worn more. Evolving over time slowing getting to where we are at today. Used in different styles in different times, from hip hop, skaters to surfers hoodys are at an all time popularity high. Sold now in the infant section, childrens section, men and womens sections of most clothing store in one style or another, hoodys really appeal to everyone. They work great for exercise and depending on style would even be considered appropriate attire for a night out on the town. This will be a trend that will be about for awhile. Changing slightly, as it has depending on new styles and designers creativity. From once just a sweatshirt with a hood on it, hoodys have blossomed into something stylish, mainstream and worn by just about everybody.
